Mgr. Miroslav Staník graduated at Commenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Law, in 2011. After the graduation Miroslav worked at a prestigious law firm on the position of lawyer. He successfully passed the Bar exams in 2015 and thereafter has signed in the list of Slovak Bar Association and started to work as an attorney of law in Law firm JUDr. Andrej Gara. Miroslav works with different areas of law, mainly commercial law, civil law, corporate law, contract law, due dilligence, real estate law, family law, administrative law, protection of privacy and personal rights, data protection issues and litigation. Miroslav also helps clients with legal representation in front of courts at different trials.
